Many thanks to my wonderful client, Cisco Hernandez, for his kind words!

This post is long overdue, my family and I owe these two amazing ladies a great deal of gratitude. I’ll try to keep it short for those of you considering on buying or selling a home in Abilene TX or San Antonio TX.

To Mrs. Cheryl: You helped us buy and sale our home in San Antonio but you maintained a friendship that felt more like family long after the closing. You patiently showed us more than 20 homes before we found what we were looking for and later sold in San Antonio (only due to coming back to our roots in Abilene). The sale of our home was done in the middle of a global pandemic that had a ripple effect across all major markets, including housing, and yet you still got it done. We will miss you, we value your hard work, prompt follow up, wise counsel, and most of all — your friendship. The Rubiola team is lucky to have you. Thank you for always caring for my family, and staying in touch even after the buying and selling were over.

To Mrs. Bekkers: Beki, we’ve known you for a long time. You’ve been there at just about all our major life events. You and Cheryl have a relentless real estate motor, a true passion for what you do, and you both go out of your ways to take care of the folks you represent. You are both genuine, and you truly care about the people aspects that are part of your business. The strategies you recommended that helped us seal the deal on our forever home were “out of the box ways of thinking” and right on target. You never stop working on behalf of your clients, even when you are away on family vacations fishing for rainbow trout on cool clear rivers. Thank you Bekkers, for all you’ve always gone out of your way to do for us.

Both of you ladies were the right people for the job, and I will gladly refer business to each of you to anyone who may be in the market. Thank you,
